Our history

A native of the Saint-Émilion region, I first started with four years of study at the Montagne Saint-Émilion agricultural high school. Eager to know another region I therefore left in the Loire Valley at the agricultural college of Montreuil Bellay in order to pass my higher technician certificate. The experience was very enriching and in the same spirit I left a year in Perpignan more precisely in Maury to perfect my wine in the South of France. During my brief career as cellar master I had the opportunity to work on several appellations from France as well as abroad. Being from Saint-Emilion it was therefore legitimate for me to return to the Bordeaux region. I started as a wine merchant in 2009 in one of the most beautiful cellars of Saint-Emilion. In 2018 I decided to open my own cellar with the help of the Ô Trois Fontaines restaurant in Saint-Emilion. Everything then becomes logical since each of my childhood friends, each of my acquaintances learned through my various trips, allowed me to be able to integrate wines at all prices. Vinified with sincerity and intelligence, the wines I offer are representative of my values and my principles. Saint-Émilion is a beautiful city where life is good and as I often say, wine is a simple but noble product that we like or not but which is only sharing and pleasure. To conclude, I am not trying to be the best but I am trying to be the most true.
